Aside from working as a Development Officer teaching AFL to primary school students, the AFL North Coast has engaged Green Shoots Marketing to produce a series of videos outlining unusual but successful initiatives clubs in the region have undertaken. The series is to inspire all clubs to try something new to ensure the code continues to grow in the AFL North Coast footprint. In 2018 Coffs Harbour hosted the national AFL Masters carnival. Rally Australia

When a round of the World Rally Championship and the Australian Rally Championship have been held simultaneously each year in Coffs Harbour, Rally Australia has used Brad’s extensive history in sports journalism to promote and cover the event.
